Welcome to BJJ Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the App

BJJ Tracker is a personal training companion for tracking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, belt progression, techniques, competitions, and achievements. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial training.

2. Your Account & Data

You may use the app with or without an account. If you create an account or sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for backing up your data using the in-app Export feature.

3. Pro Subscription & Purchases

Some features require a paid Pro upgrade. Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your Play Store account. Refunds are handled according to Google Play policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Health Disclaimer

BJJ Tracker is a tracking tool, not medical, fitness, or coaching advice. Always train safely and consult a qualified instructor and, where appropriate, a medical professional. You train at your own risk.

6. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, injury, or damages arising from use of the app.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
