End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Box of Otters ("Licensor") for BJJ Tracker. By installing or using the app, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BJJ Tracker on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Sublicense, sell, rent, or lease access to the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the app

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within BJJ Tracker is owned by Box of Otters and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your training data remains yours.

5. App Store Terms

This EULA is between you and Box of Otters only, not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's or Google's terms of service, Apple's or Google's terms shall prevail.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete all copies from your devices.

7. Disclaimer

BJJ Tracker is provided "as is." Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
