These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Block Craze mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), published by Box of Otters. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App

Block Craze is a free-to-play block puzzle game. You may play without creating an account or providing personal information. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may update or discontinue the App without notice.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

Advertising

The App is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Ad content is served by third parties and is not controlled or endorsed by us. Your interaction with ads, and any advertiser, is at your own risk. Virtual Items

The App includes virtual coins and power-ups ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are earned through gameplay or by watching optional rewarded ads. Virtual Items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred outside the App. We may adjust, expire, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Virtual Items are not your property and are licensed, not sold, to you.

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase that disables banner and interstitial advertising. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. The Remove Ads purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase tied to your Apple ID and may be restored on devices signed in to the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies; we do not process refunds directly.

Your Conduct

You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation, modified clients, or any method to interfere with the App, its security, or other users' experience, and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Box of Otters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or five U.S. dollars (US$5.00).

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Box of Otters operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
